EPSOM - a crystal with many benefits

Epsom salt, or bitter salt, has been known in medicine for thousands of years for its many benefits. It contains the minerals magnesium and sulfate, which are easily absorbed through the skin, making a bath an ideal choice for replacing these important minerals for the body. It helps to relax and regenerate the body, not only after sports performances.

Epsom salt, also known as magnesium sulfate or bitter salt, is a natural compound that has beneficial effects on health and well-being. Magnesium and sulfate are essential for over 300 bodily functions – supporting heart health, bone health, balancing blood pressure and improving sleep. One hour of floating provides 10 times the daily dose of magnesium, which is absorbed through the skin more effectively than dietary supplements.

Uses of Epsom salts:

● soothes and relaxes,

● compensates for magnesium deficiency,

● reduces muscle and joint pain,

● relieves inflammation and improves circulation,

● helps with detoxification,

● nourishes the skin.

Floating is a wonderful way to replenish minerals in the body and support health and well-being in a natural way.
